NRDS Ltd have been completely self funded to this point and have built our product.

Much as on-line business and social communities have developed, NRDS Ltd seeks to create an investment community to fuel its growth. NRDS founders hold 90% share of the company — they will always retain a controlling interest.

Another 10% of the shares are available for purchase by micro-investors and business angels — The 10% Community. The 10% Community concept is directed at people who might otherwise shy away from the incubation investment market.

• Shares can be purchased in increments as small as 0.5%
• No single shareholder can hold more than 5% of the business
• Stock is not preferential (or preferred) and does not have board rights

Based upon a calculated value including, but not limited to, equipment, programmers’ time, sundries, we estimate the current value of the business to be £500,000.

Therefore, a 1% stake in the company will cost £5,000. A 0.5% investment — the minimum — will cost £2,500 and a 10%investment — the maximum — will come to £50,000.

This is an opportunity that could be big enough to IPO, and will certainly have a number of interesting exit opportunities.

Investors from large corporate venture capital or private equity firms who conform to the terms listed above are not prohibited.
